Pasta classes, holiday brunches, and seasonal moments at il Modo

Step inside il Modo for hands-on pasta making, themed holiday brunches, and one-of-a-kind dining experiences in downtown Fort Worth. From rolling fresh dough with our chefs to gathering around the table for something festive, each experience is crafted with Italian soul, seasonal flavor, and a little room for celebration.

For The Mom's, With Love 

Celebrate Mother’s Day with brunch at il Modo and a few dishes made just for the occasion. Alongside our regular brunch menu, guests can enjoy featured specials including Lobster Benedict with garlic spinach and hollandaise, New York Strip with bourbon peppercorn sauce and roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast with arugula, red onion, lemon olive oil, and balsamic glaze.

Reservations are encouraged for Mother’s Day weekend.

First Thursday of the Month

Pasta Making Class

Roll, cut, and shape fresh pasta in a hands-on class led by the il Modo culinary team. Learn the basics, explore classic techniques, and leave with a recipe card to recreate it at home.

Classes are limited to 12 guests for a more personal experience.

Set inside Kimpton Harper in downtown Fort Worth, il Modo brings a refined, relaxed take on happy hour.
